California’s Redwood Region is celebrating its 38th year of participation in the world’s most popular problem-solving program for students from kindergarten through college, Odyssey of the Mind. Spanning almost 400 miles from one end to the other, this region covers the counties of Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Lake, Mendocino, Humboldt, and Del Norte. It’s a very diverse region – a mix of urban and rural areas, vineyards and fishing fleets, and of course, beautiful redwood forests.
